The D06 LEVEL MAGIC is a two channel digital Non-destructive Loudness Normaliser providing automatic control of loudness on any incoming source with exceptionally high audio quality, regardless of its input level.
This dynamics processor is based on LEVEL MAGIC, Jünger Audio's adaptive loudness algorithm that uses a Multi-Loop dynamic range control principle where slow changes (AGC), fast changes (Transient processing) and "Look ahead" peak limiting are handled simultaneously. This provides level management with exceptionally high audio quality and without coloration, pumping, breathing, distortion or modulation effects.
The unit is easy to operate and requires only a limited number of settings to be made by the user to achieve optimum results. All other parameters necessary for inaudible processing are continuously and automatically controlled in response to changes in the programme signal.
The D06 LEVEL MAGIC is capable of loudness processing either based on level measurements (quasi peak, operating levels set in DBFS) or following ITU BS 1770 norms (Loudness Target set in LKFS).
It is equipped with analogue and digital inputs that can work separately - Either 1 Stereo, 2 Mono Analogue or 1 AES.
Control can be via the Front panel or a Web Interface and the unit can be set up in less than 10 minutes for unattended and continuous operation.
The D06 is designed for analogue and digital TV applications (Ingest, Transmission, OB Vans, Microphone control) and also Radio configurations (Transmission, Studio final levelling) and Public Venue Loudness control (Shopping Malls, Airports, Train Station final processing).
