Thomas Duerrbeck from Stagetec came to demonstrate the Auratus, the smallest console in the Stagetec range. Small in size, so lightweight and easy to transport, but large in functionality. Ideal for use in OBs or where you are under budget or space constraints. Click

For Apple's Final Cut and Color users we offered a 'first-shown-in-the-UK' grading panel, the JLCooper

Another UK debut was the Delec Intercom System, traditional hardware and pushbutton design combined with the very latest FPGA technolgy. You can have as few as 8 ports to a mighty 4000+. You could also see the

For those operating single-operator galleries the NEW Digital Solutions BVE02-PV was a must-see. The
BVE02 is an Audio Follow ESAM interface for Yamaha 02R96, DM1000 and DM2000 mixers and the PV version lets just one person control both video and audio in say, local news or magazine programming.
The
RTW 31900
8 channel surround monitoring controller and meter, generated a lot of interest on the stand and Mike Kahsnitz, Head of Engineering at RTW, came over from Germany to present a seminar on "Using Loudness Metering in Production Workflows". Mike's a member of the P/LOUD group currently deliberating on loudness measurement, so he certainly knows what he's talking about.
